“ This is my favorite Nautical Bean even if the Baywood store has the best view in all of Central Coast the vibe in this strip center coffee center succeeds in the face of its location. Being in the center of the strip center helps and their is nearly always a buzz inside of people meeting friends and chatting quietly. The music selection is always on point usually progressive rock or 80s Smithesque selections I am already getting a jolt of caffeine, dont really need heavy metal or punk. The food is same as other NBs but they pay attention to the order and are very quick on heating up the breakfast items. Peru coffee is the tops here no matter your palette. Outstanding cup of coffee. Lots of milks, syrups, sugars and cinnamon plus cocoa for your drink too. ”
“ Nutty Bean is the best decaf Ive ever tasted. I will be regularly buying bags of it as my every day coffee. Great bag design too perfect combo of 80sskate. I switched to decaf a few years ago for sleep reasons, and its rare that I come across a good decaf roast. But even compared to standard roasts, Nutty Bean is incredible. ”
“ Nautical Bean is a local coffee shop that has a extensive menu for drinks and breakfast items. They have three locations across SLO now with this being the original location They are known for being a hip coffee shop with drinks featuring their drip coffee that you can choose variations from. My favorite is usually the black and white which is a mocha coffee with both black and white chocolate in it. You also can just get the drip coffee and do you own drinks. The atmosphere is very friendly and lots of table space for people to do work or students to study. Plugs are available at the seats near the walls Parking is plenty as its in the same plaza as CVS, grocery outlet, and 99c only stores ”
